I received this shower gel as a prize for a bridal shower game. I didn't use it right away, but when I did start using it, I was pleasantly surprised at how soft it made my skin feel after I got out of the shower. The smell is nice, too. I have not really used it to relax me at bedtime because I usually shower in the morning. I have now used the entire bottle and went to look for more at Walgreens, but I couldn't find the shower gel. I have now stocked up thanks to Amazon.

I really enjoyed the fragrance of this product and it certainly helped to calm my nerves. I found it very relaxing and will definitely try the Restless Nights bath products as well. Once my bottle is gone I will buy again.

It has a pleasant smell and dos the job in the shower. Not the richest of lathers though. And I am not sure it actually helps me sleep, but perhaps the aroma on my skin does aid in my falling asleep. Certainly can't hurt.

I had a difficult time relaxing to go to sleep. Village Naturals Therapy for Restless Nights works for me. The lavendar smells wonderful and helps me relax to sleep. I will purchase more when this gets low.
